STABLE COTTAGE, accommodation for four consisting of two double bedrooms plus bathroom upstairs and open lounge / kitchen on ground floor. Access to the cottage is via the court yard with five steps to the entrance. The entrance to the cottage is via a small vestibule opening out into the lounge, kitchen/dining area (approx 30ft x 14ft) To the LHS are the stairs leading to the upper floor where the two double bedrooms and bathroom are located. Beyond the stairs is a good sized lounge area with television, DVD and stereo, dining table and kitchen area. Please note that this cottage is not suitable for young children Outside the court yard has a archway with steps leading down from the courtyard to the main garden area with its large lawn leading down to Porth stream as it meanders through the farm down the valley to Porth beach.
